BUSINESS CHALLENGE
The challenge was to develop a small-scale PCB (70mm x 30mm) that could efficiently manage power, connectivity, and control for an RGB LED setup, ensuring compatibility with existing components like the Arduino Nano IoT 33 and LiPo batteries.
KEY FUNCTIONALITIES OF RGB LIGHTING CONTROL PCB
- RGB LED Control: Three MOSFETs manage the RGB channels, compatible with the Arduino’s 3.3V logic.
- Enhanced Power Management: Incorporates a USB-C powered BMS for the LiPo battery, complete with overcharge and undervoltage protection.
- Solar Charging Capability: Includes a low-voltage boost converter to maximize solar panel efficiency.
- Compact Design: Engineered to fit stringent size specifications with robust mounting options.
